The room amenities are excellent, including a hairdryer and iron, perfect for the cold climate of Quito. We enjoyed a late check-out until 3 pm. The staff, especially Orlando and Veronica, provided exceptional customer focus, making our stay truly unforgettable. Swissotel Quito should be a top choice for anyone visiting the city - a luxurious experience with a personal touch.
